Boston Terrier background – Boston Terriers originate from the United States of America. It is noted that the first Boston terrier was called Hooper’s Judge. He was a cross between English Bulldog and White English Terrier bred somewhere in the 1860’s. Boston’s where originally bred for fighting purposes.
