When you are ready to take on a foreign city and when you are excited about the traveling that you are going to be doing, you are going to find that you need to consider getting yourself a good travel purse. What do you need to know before you go buy yourself a good travel purse, and how can you make sure that you get one that suits you?

Take a look at the security that the purse offers. No matter where you are, you are going to discover that there is a chance that you may be a prospective victim of a purse snatching or pickpocketing. A good travel purse can help you beat this trend by having stainless steel wire mesh installed in the bottom of the purse as well as in the strap, making it more difficult for people to pull the purse off of your body or to cut through the bottom of the purse to get at your wallet. Some purses also have latches for the zipper pulls for extra security.

Also make sure that your travel purse has lots of separate compartments on the inside. The best ones have one pocket for everything that you need to put into them, whether you need to store passports, wallets, cell phones, important documents or medication. This way, if your purse does get slit, it will be much harder for a thief to make of with everything. Having your goods neatly zippered away is going to make it much harder for someone to come up behind you and to stealthily pluck your wallet out.

Light packers swear by small, unobtrusive travel purses. Compact bags can store everything from your passport to some toiletries to small gadgets, and they are designed to help you keep your most essential possessions together, but not a lot of extras. Larger bags can accommodate a world of travel essentials — from cameras, to guidebooks, to water bottles, to iPods.

Some people swear by leather travel purses. That’s certainly the classic, and leather can be very durable. It’s particularly good if you buy one that’s made to look distressed — then the more you beat it up during the trip, the better it will look! Other people want to avoid leather, either for moral reasons, or to get something lighter weight. There are many synthetic material travel purses available, too.

Think about how you will carry the purse while you’re traveling. It’s not wise to have one that dangles loosely from your shoulder, since that can be a target for thieves. And you don’t want one that you’ll have to hold in your hand, since your hands may be otherwise occupied. Shoulder straps that give you the option of slinging it across your chest can be a good choice. A purse that you can squeeze under your arm also provides that security.

Finally, you want something that’s easy. The last thing you want is a white purse (that will be dirty by the time you reach your destination), or something dainty (that will be quickly be ruined). It needs to be sturdy enough to stand up to the rigors of travel. And it needs to be something you can scuff up without worrying about it.

Once you find the perfect travel purse for your style of travel, chances are that you’ll be able to use it time and time again, for years to come. A good, durable travel purse is an investment that can improve your enjoyment of this great trip, and many trips in the future.

So many people are going to clubs and they are doing so many new things in the recent days. If you go to a happening club in your city, youll definitely not miss some of the glowing accessories that people around may be wearing. Especially the teenagers seem to be wearing an array of glowing bands or clip-ons around their necks, arms or belly making them look rather sizzling on the dance floor. These are the new club toys that have emerged out of no where and have flooded the club circuits.

Most clubs are dark and the dance floor is lit only by the sparkles and beams of the disco balls and other hidden lighting systems that the clubs have. In this atmosphere you will barely be seen unless you are an exceptionally good dancer or you stand out in some manner. But a new way that people have found out to make their presence felt in the clubs are though the club toys. When you see a person sporting a club toy, you will notice them. The club toys glow and display enticing patterns of colors.

The happy spin ball: This is spinning ball with flashy colors and bright reflective material. This has a series of colors displayed in circles making the ball look like a magnificent symphony of colors. These rings of colors not only serve as a fun element for you, but they also make you look dashy. This is easily portable making it easy for you to sport it in any party you attend at a club.

Bright hand glow gloves: When you wear these gloves they automatically express your immense passion for club culture. These are gloves you wear that are made of a new generation of glowing material. The material used these days glow for a rather long time. The coolest part of this toy is that it glows in the dark, making your presence felt when the disco lights flash in the club. This club toy is reusable and is a great new invention.

Body Lights: Body lights are perhaps the most popular option in the club toys section which has recently taken off the party circuit by storm. They are latest of the kind illuminated jewellery available for almost all the visible parts of your body. They are available in different styles and colours and are particularly made for your belly, arms, ears, hair and styles that can clip anywhere. Available in combination of vibrant shades they are the crazy targets of almost all party freaks in town. You can them at the club stores or many of the fashion stores online.

You could buy these toys online at most fashion and club stores. Clubs also sell these are rather high prices with a logo of their club or something similar. When you wear these on you, you will be showing your passion for club culture. Unless you want to advertise for a club by paying a high price for their marked toys, you could buy them for cheaper online. After all it is the spirit of club culture that matters.

by Jennifer Summers

Great looking hair that is really healthy and clean makes you feel better about yourself and makes you look healthier and cleaner to other people. Keeping your hair looking this way is important, and using good quality hair products such as shampoo and conditioner is vital. But when it’s time to buy your hair care products, how do you know which are the best ones to use?

High street products seem much more affordable and therefore giving you better value for money because of the low cost of high street hair products. Branded premium salon products can appear pricey with the average 300ml shampoo bottle priced at 5 times the cost ($20/GBP10) of a regular high street shampoo ($4/GBP2).

When you weigh up cheap hair care products and professional salon hair care products and compare them on price alone, cheaper hair care products seem to be far and away the obvious choice, costing 1/5th the price of salon products, giving you what appears to be 5 times the amount of product for the same money.

When you look more closely at the comparison between the effectiveness and the quality of high street hair products and salon hair products, does the comparison end up in the favour of cheap hair care products, or do the cheaper high street products turn out to be a false economy?

To find out whether the premium brand salon hair products provide better value for money in both the short and long term when compared to cheap high street hair care products, we decided to test them to find out the real truth about hair products, and whether the high street products are as good a deal as they initially appear.

In our test we compared a 300ml bottle of an average high street shampoo, and an equivalent 300ml bottle of salon professional shampoo. The high street shampoo needed about 50ml per application to clean the hair to our required standard, whereas the salon shampoo needed only 10ml per application to clean the hair to the same required standard.

Using 50ml per application, the average high street hair shampoo provides approximately 6 applications per 300ml bottle. With just 10ml used per application, the professional salon hair shampoo gives you around 30 applications per 300ml bottle. Doing a little math, the cost per applications are $0.64c/GBP0.32p for the cheap high street shampoo, and $0.66c/GBP0.33p for the salon professional shampoo.

Summary: at first glance, cheaper high street hair products appear to be a better buy and provide value for money, but on closer scrutiny there is but a hair’s breadth of difference in the price of salon hair products, and cheap hair products. When you add the better quality and effectiveness of salon products into the equation, the salon products turn out to be much better value for money. Q? Why would you use anything other than the highest quality hair care products on your hair?
