My first solution to your question would be to buy goggles that are meant to be anti-fog already. I have a pair and they sure do their job! My second solution, shampoo! Just sqeeze a tad for both of the lenses and rinse it in the water. The shampoo works like a coating on your googles and prevents the steam from fogging your goggles.

Spit. But, if it's not working well for you, a very, very light coating of baby shampoo, rinsed off works as well.

Anti-fog agents, also known as anti-fogging agents and treatments, prevent the condensation of water on a surface in the form of small droplets which resemble fog. A thin, clear film of natural soap prevents fog from forming on glass and plastic! Anti-fog treatment is easy to apply and effectively prevents fog from forming on glass and plastic items, such as eyeglasses, safety glasses, sunglasses, swimming goggles, motorcycle helmet face shields, and camera lenses. The only ingredient is unscented natural soap.

A lot of us hockey players just use plain old shampoo on our visors. Just a dab on a cloth and go over the shield. Then wipe off the excess with the clean end of the cloth. It works pretty well.

You dint have to use an anti-fog or buy anything. Saliva i found didn't work either. What helps me is before i put the goggles on i breath on the the inside of the goggles and make sure there sealed around my eyes. That usually works for me but if that doest work I'm sorry, i don't know what will.

Hi, I'm a competitive swimmer, so i constantly have to get my swim goggles fog free. I just take regular soap or hair conditioner mixture and wipe on the goggles. Wipe the extra mixture off with a cotton ball, but be sure to leave a thin layer of the mixture on it. Spray with water, and your done. It works for at least 2 weeks of swimming 40+ miles. Hope it helps
